1. Who we are

2. What Nævnt does

Nævnt measures whether AI services — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI — mention your company when someone asks them the kind of question your customers might ask. We show you what the AI engines actually answered, and what you can do to be mentioned more often.

3. What Nævnt does not do — please read this

We cannot control what an AI answers. Nobody can.

• We do not promise that you will be mentioned. We do not promise a particular score, a particular ranking, or a particular outcome.
• Your score covers only the questions we measure. It is not an objective truth about the whole internet.
• AI answers are partly random. Ask the same question twice and you can get two different answers. That's why we smooth your score over time, and why we show you the actual answers as evidence — not just a number.
• Our recommendations are recommendations. They're based on what the AI engines actually cite. They are not a guarantee of a result.

4. Your account

You must give us accurate information, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be of age and entitled to act on behalf of the company you register.

You may only add companies you have the right to track. Nævnt measures companies — not private individuals. You may not use Nævnt to monitor named individuals.

5. Fair use

You may not:

• attempt to circumvent the limits on the free check or on your plan
• resell access to Nævnt without an agreement with us
• attempt to extract data from the service automatically without our permission
• use the service for anything unlawful

We may close an account that does.

6. Your data, your content

Your company data is yours. We use it to deliver the service. We do not sell it.

We store the AI answers your scans produce. They are the evidence behind your score.

7. Price and payment

Running an AI check and creating an account are free. Paid subscriptions are optional.

With a Spor subscription you buy pladser (slots). A plads is billed monthly whether or not it holds a brand — keeping it filled is up to you. The price is shown on pricing, and the invoice is sent by our payment provider (Stripe).

You can remove a plads or cancel your subscription at any time. A removal takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — not immediately — and you keep access until then. A single report (one-off purchase) is not a subscription and does not renew.

8. Liability

Nævnt is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and to measure accurately, but:

• we do not guarantee the service is always available
• we do not guarantee the AI engines will answer, or that they'll answer the same tomorrow
• we are not liable for business decisions you make on the basis of your score

Our liability is in any event limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may close your account if you breach these terms.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll say so before the change takes effect.
