We asked 4 AI engines the questions a Danish buyer actually asks — and counted who they named. 518 answers, no editing.
Measured 27 July 2026 across 518 answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We ask in English, in 3 Danish cities and nationally.
Note: Google AI Overviews answered only 122 of 132 questions. The figures cover the answers we actually received.
AI answers vary. We measured our own uncertainty by asking the same questions several times: a company can move by up to 3.3 percentage points without anything at all having changed. Companies within 3.3 percentage points of each other are therefore shown as sharing a position — not as different places. We only rank where the difference is larger than our own measurement uncertainty.

How this list was made
12 of the largest active companies registered in CVR under industry code 692000 with a Danish address, selected by the latest registered employee count in CVR. Not included: ceased companies; company forms we do not measure; companies whose registered name is a personal name; and companies that are the same brand as another on the list.
Every company is measured on the same set of questions, asked at the same time — 518 answers across 3 cities and nationally. No company's name is written into the question; we ask as a buyer would, and count who the engine names itself.
The quote under each company is chosen automatically: the first answer — in a fixed, non-random order — where the sentence appears verbatim in the engine's answer and names the company. We do not pick the most flattering quote, and we do not edit it. A quote may therefore be critical or mention other companies; that is what the engine wrote.
